Shipping
Packages are usually prepared within xx days of ordering (subject to payment verification) and according to what is reported on the product page.
All the goods are regularly checked and verified before shipment.
Packages travel with Express Courier.
Shipping costs include packaging and postage costs.
Packaging costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment.
We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping costs will be applied to each of them.
The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected, special attention is paid to fragile objects.
Returns
Akhal Limited recognizes the right of withdrawal as required by current legislation Legislative Decree 206/2005. The deadline for exercising this right is 14 working days within which the Customer is required to notify us by registered letter with return receipt, after contacting us by email: info@dastio.com
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that:
- the customer expresses his will to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above.
the purchased goods are intact and returned in their original packaging.
the product is returned within the times and in the manner described above.
the delivery costs are charged to the customer.
once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
after checking the integrity of the goods, we will re-credit you the amount already paid through the same way you paid us.
the refund will be made no later than 30 days from receipt of the goods.
the only expenses charged to the customer are those relating to the return of the product. In the event that the customer opts for the replacement of the product, the costs of sending the new product will be at his expense.
